With EFA CAMverse 2026, LEBERT Software Engineering is expanding the EFA product family: the native Windows viewer opens 9 PCB manufacturing data formats in one interface – Gerber up to X3 with Excellon drill data, ODB++, IPC-2581, GenCAD 1.4, IPC-D-356, DXF, PADS Layout, EAGLE and KiCad.
Of particular interest to EMS providers:
- Classic Gerber data can be extended into what is effectively Gerber X3 using the customer's pick & place file.
- Pads, silkscreen outlines and drill holes are assigned to the components automatically.
- EFA CAMverse generates the assembly drawing for the exact variant from the data itself.
As a viewer, EFA CAMverse is free to use. Assembly views with a configurable assembly drawing, the export of coordinates, bill of materials and netlists and conversion between the formats are available as Pro features. All data stays local on your computer.
