Not tied to a line and therefore flexible in use – for SMD and THT assemblies, first articles, final inspection, incoming goods inspection or documentation. Capture and inspect on the same unit.
They differ only in width – camera, lighting and software are the same.
Standard version
For most PCBs
PCBs up to 470 mm long
Compact design with pull-out tray
Wide version
100 mm wider
PCBs up to 570 mm long
Also for shorter PCBs when capturing at very high resolution
The maximum PCB length also depends on the resolution: the higher the resolution, the smaller the camera's Field of View (FoV).
Future-proof: your unit grows with you
When components get smaller, you simply replace the lens or camera yourself – the unit stays. This conserves resources, avoids electronic waste and eases your budget. How it works
Easy loading ..
At the workstation, the operator loads every PCB by hand – which is why the tray matters.
Pulls out fully: the tray can be pulled completely out of the unit – free access for loading, in the wide version too.
Finely adjustable: you set the tray precisely to the width of your PCB.
Standard versionWide versionWidth adjustment
Especially helpful with densely populated edges and PCBs that are not rectangular.
Light for every task ..
Incident light provides the basic brightness – depending on the task, dark field, transmitted light or UV are added.
Dark field makes surface structures visible – such as laser-etched markings and bevelled edges.
Transmitted light shines through the ceramic substrate – for inspecting printed conductor tracks.
UV light makes fluorescent conformal coating glow – for conformal coating inspection.
Dark fieldTransmitted lightUV light
Transmitted light and UV are available on request. Several types of lighting can be combined in one pass – for example for assembly and coating in a single operation.
Ergonomic working ..
Capture and inspect on the same unit – standing or sitting.
